Attention Everyone::: I am glad to announce my wifes acct which holds our shares has just submitted our shares in favor. As of the Nov 20 date, she held 215,500 shares which basically puts us at 50%. Im always a straggler. I will confirm when Ben replies to her that he received and we are near or above 50% then.

Im getting almost giddy thinking where this could be next week. :)
