Earl,

I don't have a lot of time, it's 12:30AM my time and I have an
interview first thing in the morning, a ton of work to do on Never
Submit and then flying in to meet Ken Shamrock this weekend (another
fighter).

I'll do my best to respond in a general sense. We don't put out PR's
unless we have agreements and we have approval for those PR's by both
parties (our side and the other party mentioned). We can not
guarantee that all fighters, actors or others announced are guaranteed
in the movie because it depends on the following factors:

1) Scheduling, if the fighters/actors have a fight or other commitment
at the time of filming. (we haven't announced or settled on a specific
filming date) although we are aiming for March/April.

2) Any contractual conflicts, in other words, if we do a deal with an
organization for example such as Pride, UFC, IFL, Bodog etc, then it
could be a political issue to use fighters from a competing
organization. Right now, we have set the story in a fictitious
organization, although we are entertaining offers and possibilities
from both organizations and sponsors which it would be inappropriate
to discuss.

I can promise that there have been a number of well known fighters who
have auditioned, who have upcoming audition plans and who will be in
the movie. We can not discuss future announcements or current
negotiations.
