Here is a bigboard company Equity Residential EQR...check out their last 10Q and pay attention to preferred shares issued, O/S, A/S, assets held, then market cap based on yesterday's close of $50.92 (MKT CAP equals their assets held)....SFNN has similar O/S, half the A/S, Preferred shares structure is similar on and on.....what's different is if you look at SFNN market cap it does not even come close to assets held; not to mention net worth.
