That is my thinking



I don't have any order's locked in my holdings...

So from what I understand about trading they can be used as a wall if they are not engaged in a order.

29.9 Billion outstanding leaves 100 million for 30 Billion

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
