There’s not going to be a court date. He’s going to or has settled for a promise to never be CEO of a public trading company again, a complete divestment of HAON interest, and all his cash on hand.

All pre trial is handled by video conference right now so it’s not public like court dates

In my opinion, Findley is gone, his shares were returned to treasury, and I’m hoping the company has some cash and new leadership.
