I respectfully disagree, If CLX is merging with PASO and CLX is bringing all these others into a company as partners, you don't think a company such as AIG wants to know everything about the "shell" company that their new partner is merging with? I know I would, especially with it being listed on the OTC. For the record, I don't think this is the reason for the delay, but it is relevant.
