With a float this small any organized pump scheme would send the dynamics of the stock price way out of wack. Do it right, buy the dips and wait for filings, then the big boys take notice and it flies, any empty pump only leads to bag-holders of the dumb and slow.

Do your research, take your position, turn off the noise.
