Great summary! Several folks have been holding for a few months and now they literally can't wait for just a tiny bit longer...

The Bartlesville facility build-out is soooo close to completion. And this time we got way more confirmations for the TL acquisition deal compared to the PPESG. (ie. DA signed, Bartlesville City news, EMC's PR about TL, etc.)
