I saw that and that was the reason I first brought CLQ. An Aussie miner who had an office in Hong Kong told me long ago the Chinese will buy in for a sure thing and even pay top dollar. They like a sure thing. Now this is very good news to me that Pengxin does not want to miss out on this PP.
