I just talked to my contact with the company. Obviously nothing specific was discussed but I am encouraged.

Take this for what it is worth but I am 99.9999% sure that a M & A is VERY imminent and that is the reason for the RS proposal. They want to be able to do the M & A, do the RS, and uplist all within 2 months so they need the approval asap.

I don't know the M & A target but I have reason to believe it is the NETE payment processor company that they are spinning off.

I will be a buyer.
