BRTX can’t fund Phase 2 because they tried in vain to do so from 2017-2020, and have failed to provide investors with any reason to believe their ability to fund it now is any higher than it was before their bankruptcy. To justify the risk of investing, the company must meet a reasonable standard of proof that they will be able to fund the trial this time around. Not only have they not met a reasonable standard, they have not provided any evidence or reason to think they can do anything more than distract people with meaningless pacer updates. Based on market cap history, they should give up on Phase 2 and make being bankrupt their main business.
