The one thing I have always done is try to be completely honest about MNVN stock. Basing what I tell this board on what I firmly believe using the most truthful and honestly assessment I can according to the FACTS and the best information currently available.

When the company was actually operating I gave Dennis Alexander the benefit of the doubt and was one of the few who ever bothered to call and talk to him on the phone. (back when he answered it) I was also one of the few that's ever spoken directly to the transfer agent (before he quit), after Dennis stopped answering his calls.

I then watched the company fail to execute a number of mergers, both forward and reverse. I watched as numerous LOIs were filed including (in writing) unavoidable and guaranteed reverse stock splits, insolvency, letters of reprimand from the SEC, revocation of the Company Business License by the State of Nevada making any further contracts impossible and violation of law and violation of SEC Practices and Procedures. Only resolvable by reinstatements, paying all past due fees and fines, filing up to date reporting with the SEC and once again allowing for proper tracking of stock information and quotes, etc... To date NO ATTTEMPTS have been made whatsoever to resolve these issues.

And that link shows if anyone is buying MNVN shares they are buying someone else's worthless electronic paper OR some new worthless electronic paper fresh off the computer presses. There is NO END to it, as anyone may BUY all they want at 0001 for LIFE. It will be theirs to keep, FOREVER, 100% with no realistic hope of escape. Reason being there is an UNLIMITED A/S and unknown O/S. Although again with some elementary research and applying basic math. It's easy to see this ticker could in fact have Trillions of shares available. There is NO ACCOUNTING, so no rules apply and no numbers are known.

All of that documented in previous posts (available for all to see) that I have documented through these many years. Look it up.

Yes, I bought way too much of this stupid thing way back in 2014. MY MISTAKE, All ON ME 100%. MY CHOICE, MY FAULT and I take full responsibility for it. Worst trade of my life because I did NOT research it. But what I will NOT do is LIE to anyone and tell them this is a ticker with possibilities just so I can escape it. To me that is out and out deceit and I want no part of it.

That said, my stocks are listed for sale, and if anyone wants them they may buy them with my thanks and clear conscience that I did not falsely promote a ticker I know to be without any value. So if a trader is delusional enough to fall for any false promotions or dreams of riches. They are welcome to buy, and buy, and buy. After all it's NOT my money!! Just understand, to SELL is a completely different issue. Some here, me included, have been trying to do just that for over 5 Long Years. GLTY and all!!
