The last report specifically says the reverse split was approved and just pending approval, delayed due to covid.

Positive: they have most of the equipment on site

My opinion is they need another 2-4M to install. That is what is causing the delay.

I'm an industrial mechanical contractor that works in MA/CT/RI. The piping alone is roughly 1M IMO

They need cash to finish then this makes $$$

I think medrycler will finish before solar farm.

I will keep this on my radar for next year
