jdcpa, thanks for the nice remarks.... yes, I do see a big negative and that is how will the shares that are to be converted to cash be handled? if they are sold at a huge discount like 30 to 50% of the average typically used in those calculations then you can kiss the anticipated short term dime goodbye... if in fact those shares are restricted and the company gets a fair conversion price then that puts the reality of a substantial price appreciation back....

what's different about this situation compared to most others is that CKYS is well in the Black and these shares are being used NOT to keep the doors open so to speak BUT to assist the company in their extraordinary growth as stated on many occasions........every other company that I'm familiar with and many on this board know exactly what/who I'm talking about need those conversion dollars to exist let alone expand and fund REAL growth...

CyberKey is truly a one of a kind PINKIE in my opinion, I also believe had it not been for several major blunders the past few weeks, such as commercial dates, not informing shareholders of the A/S increase along with lack of news releases on deals we know are done has greatly affected the share price and there is no way to know if that appreciation can/will be ever made up........

one other thing I will add and that is how important the share price is in regards to negotiating the best possible conversion price for the company, imagine going to financiers when your share price is a nickle compared to a penny.... we are talking MILLIONS of real dollars in the company coffers... they MUST get the pps up to afford them the BEST possible terms when shopping!

now with that said, I'm going back to sipping my kool-aide........lol
