Somebody has to grab it before time expires (whenever that may be — 9 to 12 months from now???) or it will go grey again.

If a custodian takes it then I believe it gives the new owner/custodian 18 months to get her current.

Now I have done some research and I think it costs about $25k from start to finish.

The only caveat is the CE warning. OTCM will not review it until a new form 211 is filed.

At least that is what they told me a few months ago.
