I think the new amendment is being worked on and will be announced very soon. Or, at least, the content of the amendment is known to FHFA. Otherwise, CRP submission in 30 days is not possible. And, MC will need to explain the milestone slippage.

Anyway, shorting Fannie now is high risk. IMO.
