I don't relate SP to company performance in that way. The difference between a PE of 2 and 100 ect.

I'm thinking the shelf of converted shares are still being sold and today has taken longs with it.

I get it and I'm as frustrated ad everyone else. However I look at what the company has done to date and what's been announced. I also don't think RBC would of made a deal with a fixed conversion of .15-.20 if they didn't have confidence in the company.
