Yes in theory. If you look at the accumulation chart there are more and more longs. However, they seem to come during big news drops. In between drops people are selling and without many bids it does not take much to make it drop.
Semi-recently we had a big run with 100M volume, within days we lost 50% on 10M volume.
People see the value and are holding.
