So I am in deep on this one (and not a pro trader so maybe my understanding is off), but..
1) For dilution of shares; Is it possible these are from people/companies they paid in shares that are dumping and not a result directly of the company?
2) For the buy-back, I read the recent 8k and further on the 'Rule 10b-18'. It is my understanding even though they have approved their buy-back and have been slowly doing so, they are limited in how much they can buy back? They aren't just magically going to spend a bunch in buy-back as they are doing it based on volume.. so with little volume, there is less buy-back possible.
So if they are indeed doing the buy-back based on volume, then to me it seems like companies they paid in shares are the ones doing the selling, not BBRW.
Feel free to correct me if I am not understanding/interpreting correctly.
