Ding ding ding. I have been saying that when they submitted tier moving up to a different tier (OTCQB) . Most companies do the reverse spilt to clear the air for their next round of dilution.

Why you cant fall in love with these companies down here in the stinky pinky land.

Just unfortunate that he was SCREAMING no dilution but that last 8k said there was dilution going on the whole time and good people lost a lot of money. Except for Gary and company
