WOW, now a major development. New Docket # admitted yesterday to Courts for entire new financial plan for JC Penney as a whole to where every Bondholder, Shareholder and debtor made whole, and NOBODY profitting from this fraudulent C11 filing by Jill as it had been laid out.. Shareholders to be issued new shares...
