The race for the first Corona vaccine is running at record speed. The application for an EUA should be approved by the FDA as soon as possible. A vaccination this year is getting closer. So far, so good.
But how should it work when millions of US citizens are vaccinated against Corona in a piecework?
And how good are the preparations? Who should e.g. get the vaccinations first?
A lot of money has been invested in developing the vaccines, but there are still many questions such as:
* How long does the vaccination last?
* Can a vaccinated person unknowingly pass on the virus?
* How severe is the course of the disease if one still falls ill?
* How important is it to communicate not only the benefits of vaccination but also the disadvantages and side effects?
This has to be discussed very precisely and openly, because if the impression arises that something is being concealed, then people lose confidence in the vaccine.
... AND ANYONE WHO BELIEVES NOW WE HAVE DEFEATED THE PANDEMIC AND ARE ABOUT TO ERADICATE THE VIRUS, IS VERY WRONG !
All vaccines in the world are useless unless a drug is available that can be used when vaccination is impossible or ineffective at the same time. There are many reasons for this and that needs to be taken into account.
It is therefore pointless to give an EUA for a vaccine without ensuring that an effective drug is available at the same time. I have the impression that this has been completely ignored so far. Everyone is talking about vaccination, nobody cares about a drug and that is fundamentally wrong.
And those here on this board who accuse Relief / NeuroRx of inaction and mismanagement have the wrong argument completely. Dr. Javitt and his team know exactly when the time of truth will strike.
