Well the statement of paso not being able to pay the debt could be for their own (hestia's) justification to their own shareholders for accepting payment in the form of paso shares. I'm sure Bruce probably did relay to them that he'd be pumping the stock or performing a reverse merger in the future in order to pay them well for their services. I agree with most of what you are saying just not necessarily the premise that because they published this today that means something for the rm.
