Not up for locating links right now, but what I wanted to point out earlier is appears Jimmy can enter Budcars operations into SGMD due to VIE (Variable Interest Entity) accounting...hence, "potentially (positive?) good news".

I'll try and locate the VIE link that explains how this works..gl
