For anyone interested in the pending litigation. There was just a stipulated protective order, which basically means that submitted documents (called discovery) can be sealed and not open to the public in order to protect intellectual property rights. Pretty telling sign that the requests to dismiss from the defendants, Annihilare, aren't getting any traction. Here is the original lawsuit filing:
