Biznur, No PM available to me anymore, but your post makes sense to me. Doubt that Dennis was aware that this was about to occur. That the "failure" of the merger was by design, and the "double identity", seems a plausible conjecture. (IF) that were true, it is hard to believe that Dennis was in on it. At least it would be very, very creepy to think that virtually the WHOLE picture, with ALL of the players was, for the shareholders, doomed from the "start". Very creepy indeed.

All the conjecture, at this point, is no more than entertainment. SLJB is in others hands now. The very words they use when they bury someone. Good luck.
