Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but there is no benefit from the dividend we will receive. The dividend is a certificate for a piece of land that we can not use or sell. It sounded like a great way to trap Naked Shorts but look at the PPS now compared to pre-dividend PR. There was no short squeeze and my guess is that no one will be forced to buy a dividend certificate for any REAL money.

As for the personal information questions, I would not recommend that anyone give their Place or Date of Birth, Passport Information, or Personal Account Information. This information can be used to obtain your SSN. There should be no reason to need that information to issue a certificate for land that we have no rights to.
