First, I’ll say that SIRC is a real company with hundreds of employees doing real construction, and making real money.

That said, here’s my guess for how the rest of the year plays out....and I’m kind of jaded from getting burned by OTC Pinks in the past....

SIRC will release their audit or some other puff PR and volume will explode. The PPS will go up somewhere between 100 and 400%. At market close, though, they’ll release a PR announcing an offering for the purpose of funding future acquisitions. The PPS will tank the next day and hundreds of traders will get trapped for a year or more, waiting for SIRC to retire more shares to the treasury, or for them to reverse split their way to a higher PPS.
