I was thinking that they were in contention for possible merger after BFNH fell through. Supposedly BRVO is to acquire the mining of EL from a PR.

I don't know if BRVO is fully reporting but surely is a cleaner shell than EL. Seem to remember merle and Kaiser voted themselves millions of shares to access if need be. Thought that was interesting.
