I am interested in the FPVD, but I am concerned about the impossibility of the merger happening due to a contingency that is now out of the realm of possibility. The contingency was that Malcolm CasSelle would become CEO, but he is now dead.

Anyone have any idea of what happens now?

I do not currently have PM privileges.
