I would expect to have an update between today and Thursday morning. I highly doubt that Billy would hold a conference for investor awareness with nothing to talk about. Talking about the Tritanium deal like it's done, with nothing officially noting that it's completed would not be smart.

Ideally (IMO):

He'd lead into this conference by giving as many updates to the broader market as possible. A few PRs to draw attention to the fact that they're even having a conference is very necessary.

Tuesday: 8K and PR for official closing of Tritanium / facility
Wednesday: Update on PPESG LOI - what's happening, status, next steps
Thursday morning before conference: Update on the remaining 9.5MM masks to be sold

This would just be my communication plan heading into a conference in which no one really knows about. Our time is right in the middle of lunch, too. I would want to get the word out to as many people as possible prior and try to get some volume back here in this ticker. OTCs are going insane right now. We need to join the club.
