I’ve only performed the smallest amount of dd on this one only because of how it dropped on our laps. But let’s face it, if you weren’t engaged with Onc you’d never know this company existed so why even bother? Add to it the guy who cremated his shareholders sits on the board. Plus they seem to have some previous run ins with the SEC. And, there’s some crazy future share takeover based on cash raise milestones that looks to destroy commons AGAIN. This could easily be just another future shell for unloading debt??
