Eddie's LOCKED OUT of OTC for non-payment of fees. That's why he's not been able to file any disclosures or news on PRPM in over FIVE YEARS. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PRPM/disclosure

Better to wait till you actually SEE him make a filing on PRPM on OTC (not another ticker) because paying thousands in fees is the only way he can. Till then there's not a chance this turd will ever become "Pink Current" as he claims. Even then, with Eddie doing it it will be a MONTHS LONG process of filings, screw ups and repeated re-filings followed by having an attorney review them and write an opinion letter.

Even if he does break down and pay OTC he will never have a legitimate "going concern" worth investing in. Find one...I'll wait. The only PINK/Current ticker he has an interest in hit its all time high in October 2019 has fallen -96.4% as of last Wed-Thur.

This dumpster fire has been rotting at .000001 (that's FIVE zeroes) for months/ years. 16 billion shares authorized with 11 billion issued and outstanding.
