The offering closed this past Friday 11/27. It's a "Bought Deal" meaning the "Underwriter's" assume the risk of selling for a profit. The two offerings from early 2018 were expressed in Canadian dollars so I assume the same here for this offering. 45 cents Canadian converts to about .347 U.S. dollars. Doubt they will be selling anytime soon. It's unit has a warrant attached convertible at .75 within 5 years.

I'm hoping for a significant revenue increase in the upcoming quarterly. Hopefully the Underwriter's of this offering see the same.
