just found this on Linkedin...could be wrong, but I think it's fairly new

Since 2007 Greg has acquired 5 office and industrial properties totaling 2.1 Million square feet and 9 multifamily properties for a total value in excess of $250 Million and has recapitalized a $200 million high rise residential development in Manhattan.

7 recent engagements by Beneficial Project Solutions (BPS), noted in the intro above and on their website, all match up pretty well with these accomplishments...that would mean finished projects, and most likely sharing some with somerset property trust

said it before, and will say it again...$BFHJ is quite close to becoming current, releasing the kraken of news, and causing shareholders to ride the rocket ship of an OS of less than a million imo
