I think the play is for everyone to unite. If the share holders can own over 51 percent of the shares, shareholders can take over the company. With control of the company elcr can evolve into a holding company and do a spac deal. the stock would go up up up and away above 20 bucks. the ideal company would be rivian. someone call the owner of elcr and tell him to make a move. 5 pr articles about this elcr merging with a ev car manufacturer would do the trick to making people millionaires and billionaires.. good luck all.
