Absolutely false. That's a wishful thinking interpretation of inapplicable data. What is appropriate for surveillance testing (the sources you're referring to) is not necessarily appropriate for assurance testing which has an entirely different set or requirements. Please cite an on-point reference directly stating that the Innova antigen test is suitable for use with an assurance product such as QDXHID.
