Yeah, Brad's a special kind of guy :)

If they were to gain majority stake, they'd have the authority to remove brad from operations.

Maybe brad comes up w/ the money for note? Doubtful, but possible. Namaste is forcing brad to bleed money w/ lawsuit.

Namaste could sell stake? Doesn't make sense at this point in time. Plus, facilities and processing license is too valuable to namaste to sell at low price. If they gain control, Chokolat could play a nice role in growth & margins.

Lots of ways for it to play out.

Only thing we know for sure...Brad's the number one liability towards future success of chokolat.

How long before "desperate" sundial decides they can't work with brad either?...ha
