I know all the fact on opti, reading charts are hardly relevant with opti! Logic does not apply! I've been playing the stock for about a year now. The stock will get news again and streak to about 0.07 but untill the shorts and dilution stops 0.07 will be the stop. If the uvc light/temp scanner patents in mobile device is bought opti will go to new highs but its impossible to judge because of the hold the shorts/dilution have on opti.
