Thanks Joe - as I've been telling folks on here, they shouldn't shoot the messenger. I think we should all be glad when anyone takes the time to post facts and documents, even if they don't contain the news we want to hear. Also, that was generous of you to take the time to explain the silverflume process. Personally, when I'd rushed over to order the document, what came up for me in my google search was a convoluted NVSOS pdf order form, which showed exorbitant fees for expedited service, which in turn had discouraged me from ordering it myself. But as you showed, it's embarrassingly easy to order NVSOS docs, so thanks for that. I order Clark County Courts docs almost daily, but never previously had an urgent need to get an NVSOS doc--turns out it's just as easy. Thank you.

Anyway, some folks are wondering about the veracity of the documents (i.e. did someone who's not authorized *upload* them), but that's a separate issue. The two docs are in fact there at NVSOS for all to order, someone else on the board took the time to order/post them not long after you, and nobody should be accusing you of any malfeasance for just doing a public service by sharing the docs you took the trouble to get. I'm saying this as someone whose account is about $20K smaller after those docs came out.

So everyone, whatever you think about those two NVSOS docs, again, it looks bad to blame to person who posted them. JoeCazz's tweet is not 'fake,' the documents did come from NVSOS, and y'all should just say "thank you" to Joe rather than accuse him of doing something wrong when, clearly and indisputably, he simply posted documents he got from NVSOS in the usual way.

If anyone is wondering why Joe would post documents for a stock he's not trading, don't wonder--it's just good DD to get new important documents. I do this routinely at Clark County Courts when deciding whether to invest. It's just normal, everyday research.

As you may know, I've been in this stock since before the custodianship was granted and spent dozens of hours researching and sharing everything I've found here. Had I acquired the doc in question before JoePazz did, I'd have posted it too, even though the information is hardly what I was hoping for.

That's my opinion anyway. Thanks Joe--sorry some folks are taking out their disappointment on you.
