With the O/S set at 723.7M and no more convertible debt or overhanging warrants, it appears Mr. Grieco is making all the right moves to uplist to the OTCQB and attract some solid investors. And from the off book buys we are now seeing, it appears someone wants to position themselves ahead of the news coming.

Will be a December to remember and a solid 2021 for PCTL.
