The fact that everything seems to be riding on one single insurance deal closing is a far, FAR cry from “you ain’t seen nothin yet” and “this is only kids stuff.” It’s pretty disgusting IMO. If that deal doesn’t hit the wires by years end this is sub penny bound, and then this thing is really done for good. They won’t be able to acquire anything without completely destroying they equity after that.
