I called the desk at MMG and first off they are very friendly. Told me right off the bat that they secured the three tickers and the 8-ks are legit. I know others have called the lawyers working the cases and the BK process should be rolling through soon. What gives me real confidence in these plays is their partnership with Intersection Capital. Look at the bio of these guys and read about what they do. Specifically they help companies with quarterly revs of $2-$10m go public. They have done over $2 billion worth of business mergers/acquisitions/etc. So I may not have the rosiest outlook on MMG, but I think they are putting their best foot forward by teaming up with the likes of intersection capital.

These plays will go. Just a matter of when.
