It's possible that the deal might not have gone through and Lazar has now changed the name of the company to Born Inc because the 2nd buyer is actually a company called Born Inc, that company could easily be the heating stoves or commercial boiler company in the US or the financial company purchased by that other Singapore financial company, .

Have to find the links provided by other posters here on the board,,..but nevertheless that twitter document is fake, there's no other credible source to find that document other then that twitter account that claimed you have to pay to see the filing,..we all know that's BS, it's public knowledge since we are dealing with a publicly traded company, these filings are not secret by any means, and I would really ask that Joe dude to provide a link, I would also pay to see it if indeed it's true,..problem is, he blocked me since.

You don't block someone that demands proof, you confront them and prove you are not lying, what he's doing is very dangerous for his own safety and possible incarceration for stock manipulation,..that's plain stupid, cause the money he could make from his personal scam would not be enough to cover his Lawyer's fees...but I'm not surprised by it, we live some harsh times and people resume to desperate measures not thinking past consequences that involve legal matters....sad
