Correct "happened" That's a past tense word there is no dilution from any toxic notes or anything else that's going to rise the OS. Those that throw out the word dilution should understand what it means. It doesn't have anything to do with already converted shares. Dilution is what could ass to the OS if toxic notes are not paid off. PCTL has no toxic notes that could dilute the OS.


My head is grounded bc I do understand the difference between the 2 terms.

Trying to use dilution in this sense is wrong and bullshit.
