From everything I've been reading, the Trump team was expecting and almost hoping for all these rejections so that all go to SCOTUS for final binding nonappealable-not a word I know- verdicts. I don't know if that's the ultimate strategy. It wouldn't hurt to get a few wins downstream so to speak. Those too would probably be appealed anyway by the states.
