We are way past "we are there". its been years since that statement and it will be years more to compete test for FDA, at least that is what our execs hope.

Who does the hold on the IND benefit? I can only think of three people who benefit from the hold.

Who benefits from this constantly being drawn out?

The longer this goes on, who makes money?
