Sooooo not going to happen. Two things: 1- There is no way, none, that these guys are working on a holiday weekend; 2- Holiday weekends are the time for news dumps -- things that hopefully won't get noticed by a lot of people.

Funding news, assuming it does not include a reverse split and massive dilution, is the stuff of Monday morning headlines.
