People are a bit sensitive when it comes to this stock. Most have been here a long time and we are all on the same side, despite having different perspectives. As Patience has pointed out, the stock has popped and dropped numerous times over the years. These little run ups always bleed off when there is no news to follow. Again, as nice as it is to see the stock moving in the right direction, it's meaningless unless you are a day trader taking profits. It seems that this run up was likely related to the deeper dig on Discovery. All of it is good news, but meaningless, in the grand scheme of things, if we don't get a favorable ruling on the 101. That is the catalyst we are really waiting for. After a positive ruling is when it gets real. As War Eagle pointed out, no one is settling when there are remaining knock out factors to be decided. If we get a favorable 101 ruling, this stock will get some legs and start to run. That should make everyone happy!
