Thanks for your response. I have my answer now. I called Ameritrade this morning. Ameritrade (and apparently Fidelity)is waiting to receive the actual hard copy of the stock certificates. I guess E-Trade has a different system. E-trade already posted those extra shares (with value) to my account.
